Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Maintenance
Technician at the Dundee MI Hotel is responsible for maintaining
and repairing all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public
spaces, and back-of-house areas. This individual will work closely
with the hotel management team to ensure the property is kept in
excellent condition for guests and employees alike. This is a
full-time individual contributor role with a salary compensation

organization Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks
such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs - Maintain
property exterior including landscaping and parking lot - Conduct
regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify
maintenance needs - Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs
or maintenance issues - Work with vendors and contractors to
schedule and oversee larger repair projects - Keep records of all
maintenance and repairs completed - Ensure compliance with all
safety and health regulations - Contribute to the overall
cleanliness and appearance of the hotel Requirements: - High School
diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in hotel maintenance or a
related field preferred - Working knowledge of plumbing,
electrical, and HVAC systems - Ability to work a flexible schedule
including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to lift and
carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending,
kneeling, and climbing ladders - Reliable transportation to and
from work - Must pass a background check and drug screening EEOC
