Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is
available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an
adult transition program within a high school setting. This
contract role offers an opportunity to work closely with
individuals transitioning from school to adult life, focusing on
communication development and support. Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule: 2 days per week ASAP start Contract for the current
school year Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language evaluation
and therapy to adults enrolled in the transition program.
Collaborate with educational and rehabilitation staff to create
individualized treatment plans. Monitor progress and provide
documentation aligned with program goals. Support communication
needs that facilitate successful transitions to adulthood.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in school-based settings,
especially with transition-age students. Knowledge of adult
communication disorders and transition programming. Ability to
adapt therapy approaches to both onsite and virtual environments.
Work Environment: Primarily onsite at the adult transition center,
with hybrid/virtual options considered based on candidate
qualifications. This role supports meaningful outcomes for
