We will accomplish this by assembling exceptionally talented professionals and focusing them on providing a service that exceeds our customers expectations.**Compensation:** Hourly paid position with overtime after 40 hours worked* We offer competitive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more!* Performance incentive program up to $3000 annually* Referral bonuses* Advancement opportunities*POSITION DESCRIPTION*A Diesel Mechanic at SET Environmental is responsible for:* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks, tractor-trailers, and hydro-blasting equipment* Performing annual inspections in compliance with Company, State and Federal regulations* Scheduling, tracking, and updating maintenance records per DOT and Company requirements* Managing shop safety and cleanliness* Requesting replacement parts, supplies and tools* Performing building maintenance as needed* Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed/required*POSITION REQUIREMENTS** High School Diploma, or equivalent* 3 years of related diesel maintenance work* Class A or B CDL Preferred or ability to obtain* Good driving record* Mechanically inclined* Ability to work with basic hand tools* Excellent organizational skills* Welding and electrical abilities* Candidate must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment* Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite, e-mail, etc.)*SET Environmental is an equal employment opportunity employer which provides a drug-free workplace.
