Minimum Requirements: - Ability to read blueprints - Ability to use inspection/measurement devices - Ability to demonstrate basic machining skills - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Independently Set-up and Operate CNC and Manual Machines - Edit programming as necessary - Maintain Fixturing and Tooling - Inspect Own Work (first piece) and document inspection - Abide by all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures - Produce Quality Products within given Specifications - Training of other operators - Produce parts at an acceptable rate - Read and follow instructional materials (set-up sheets, blueprints, etc.) - Daily preventive maintenance - Continuous improvement - 6S - Perform job functions and tasks required by management and supervisors - Excellent Attendance - Quality and Safety Conscious - Ability to work any shift PI6d48aafdbaff-37156-38090097
