Job Description:

experienced and proactive Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join
our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This role is
pivotal in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our
manufacturing equipment and systems. The successful candidate will
apply their mechanical skills to perform maintenance, troubleshoot,
and repair machinery ensuring minimal downtime and optimal
functioning of production facilities. Conduct regular preventative
maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Inspect
and assess functionality of mechanical components and systems to
diagnose errors or malfunctions. Execute repairs and replacements,
using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance system performance
while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with
management and team members on maintenance schedules and equipment
status. Keep accurate records of maintenance work and machine
statuses. Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
systems repair. Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and
work plans. Experience with welding and fabrication. Strong
problem-solving skills and detail orientation. Ability to work
effectively in a team and independently. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred. OSHA Safety
training certification.
