Job Description:
The Technical Team Leader is responsible for managing a cross
functional team focused on the definition and development of next
generation propulsion systems. They will be accountable for the
technical development and refinement of the propulsion system of
reference Lead risk management and issue resolution with internal
counterparts, expertise network and supplier team Lead cross
functional team members to support the V-development process
through simulation activities Interface with engine, controls,
transmission hardware, vehicle platform, powertrain synthesis and
other cross functional teams Lead the lessons learned of issues
until the appropriate update of standards, tools definition and
methodologies occur Communicate regularly through oral
presentations and written reports to Chief Engineers, COEs,
Component Engineers and others including Propulsion Systems
