What You’ll Be Doing: Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines Delivering top-tier service with professionalism and respect Managing service calls efficiently and accurately Communicating clearly with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales teams Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations Identifying new business opportunities while on the job Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts orders Completing paperwork and attending training sessions Tackling other tasks assigned by your manager What We’re Looking For: Experience with 3 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (EPA certification required) Eager to learn and grow through hands-on, onsite training opportunities Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Dependable, punctual, and organized Professional appearance and attitude Completion of a successful background check and drug screen Driving record must align with our safety standards Must be 18 years of age Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment CFESA certification Factory training credentials Comfort with digital tools and software If you’re ready to turn up the heat and join a team that values your expertise, Bildon Service Company is ready for you.
