Business Development in Southern Michigan (Greater Detroit SE MI).
This position will partner with an awesome region consisting of
nine skilled nursing facilities (SNF) where we make people

Business Development partners with the Managing Partner and Vice
President of Clinical Services to drive sales and marketing
activities for the region. The main priority of the Regional
Director of Business Development is to cultivate relationships with
our facilities in the assigned region and local referral sources to
drive admissions. This role will assist with, design, develop and
drive cutting edge sales strategies to increase patient/resident
admissions in the market. The Regional Director of Business
Development is responsible for interfacing with our centralized
referral management team to oversee the admissions process for
their assigned facilities. As the Regional Director of Business
Development you will build strong relationships with Villa centers,
admissions and business development staff, as well as well as
referral sources and the communities of each of the Villa centers.
This position requires extensive travel (80% or more locally) in
the field, making presentations, marketing efforts to external
referral sources, and building long term
