Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate financial information including month-end reports,
budgets, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with corporate requests, audit requirements, and
financial standards
Streamline financial processes and facilitate the compilation of
annual budgets for managed facilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5-10 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Workspace
Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in financial
modeling
Ability to collaborate across various levels within the
organization
