Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - Electrophysiology Location: Grosse Pointe, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiology Electrophysiologist to join a high-volume, well-established Heart Rhythm program in the Detroit/Warren area. This is a leadership-track opportunity offering a strong referral base, advanced procedural support, and teaching involvement within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The role includes both outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology services with access to experienced APP support and complex case volume. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiac electrophysiology services Perform procedures including: Pacemaker and defibrillator implants Right- and left-sided ablations Participate in shared on-call coverage (2:1 call ratio) Travel between Detroit and Warren locations as needed Conduct inpatient rounding during assigned call weeks Build and manage a patient panel with strong internal referral streams Collaborate with EP physicians, APRNs, cardiovascular surgeons, and support staff Participate in teaching and mentoring within an academic environment Provide care in Level I and Level III Trauma Centers Utilize Cerner EMR (transitioning to Epic in late 2025/early 2026) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and training Sign-on bonus (to be discussed) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA options Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays CME allowance Tuition reimbursement Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Retirement savings plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career advancement and internal growth opportunities Requirements Board Certified in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology Completion of accredited Cardiology and EP fellowships Minimum 2–3 years post-fellowship experience (preferred) Active or eligible Michigan medical license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Active or obtainable DEA and CSR/CDS prior to start Clean malpractice and licensure history Recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days) Full-time availability No second jobs or long commutes (1 hour) No visa sponsorship available No 1099 arrangements
