week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract

qualified CVICU RN in Rochester, Michigan, 48306! ID: 74640571
Shift: 7p-7:30a, Must work one holiday and every other Weekend, no
on call. Minimum of 2 years of recent Description: Job Summary:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality
compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide,
delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and
family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family
information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions
for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of
solutions. Schedule Notes: Minimum of 2 years of recent CVICU
experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications Must be able to care
for post-op open heart patients Experience with Impella and IABP is
requiredSchedule: 7pm - 730am May request up to 1 week of RTO Must
be available to work every other weekendMust be available for at
least one holidayOT is billable after 48 hoursSkills: Required
Skills & Experience:-Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities
necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the
unit/department to which staff is assigned. -Ability to perform a
wide variety of professional nursing services. -Ability to
effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital
personnel.Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/AEducation: Required
Education:-Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Education:-Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN). Required
Certification & Licensure:-Current licensure by the Michigan State
