Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish About the Opportunity: MatchBukh Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a healthcare organization seeking a dedicated Bilingual Medical Assistant to join their team for a 6-month onsite assignment in the Oakland area. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is comfortable supporting both administrative and patient care functions. Bilingual Medical Assistant Key Responsibilities: Support clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow. Room patients, collect intake information, and assist with visit preparation. Manage and maintain medical equipment and supplies. Assist with acupuncture clinic setup, room sanitation, and supply organization. Provide administrative support including forms processing, data entry, and EMR updates. Collect and process urine specimens and support lab workflows. Perform billing for preliminary and confirmatory tests. Provide occasional front office coverage and cross-team support as needed. Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed. Bilingual Medical Assistant Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Proficiency in medical terminology, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting. Reliable transportation to travel between local clinic sites. Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience (2 years in clinical setting). Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Bilingual Medical Assistant Preferred: Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation or multi-site clinic operations. Current CPR/BLS certification.
