Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Detroit, Michigan,

per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years of Progressive Care experience
License: Current licensure by the state Board of Nursing
Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Graduation from an accredited
school of nursing, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Description: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery
of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process
of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide,
delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and
families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family
information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding
solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures
implementation of solutions. Demonstrates clinical knowledge and
analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care
plans within the assigned unit or department. Performs a wide
variety of professional nursing services. Communicates effectively
with patients, families, and healthcare personnel. Familiarity with
cardiac progressive drips, dressing changes, and care for patients
