Job Description:

Ivy Rehab, a national leader in outpatient physical therapy, is expanding its services to include comprehensive behavioral therapy programs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves developing individualized behavior intervention plans and ensuring their effective implementation in collaboration with our physical, occupational, and speech therapists. By integrating your expertise in behavior analysis with our evidence-based rehabilitation services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the therapeutic outcomes for our patients with varied needs. Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to integrate behavioral strategies into therapeutic practices. Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members on the implementation of behavior intervention plans. Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress and adapt plans as needed. Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards associated with behavioral therapy. Proficiency in behavior assessment tools and techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration Capability to manage and train support staff Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Valid state license to practice as a BCBA (as applicable)
