working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in
Rochester, Michigan, 48307! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7p-7:30a Hours
per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent CVICU
experience License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications Must-Have:
Experience with Impella and IABP Description: Provides leadership
in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient
care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and
document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively
communicates pertinent patient and family information to the
healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances
from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities are necessary to
formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit. Ability to
perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to
effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital
personnel. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is
required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. 5 Benefits
