Doctor of Medicine | Oncology - Radiation Location: Findlay, OH Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A Midwest-based healthcare organization is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Medical Physicist to provide coverage in Radiation Oncology. This permanent role offers part-time on-site work with flexible scheduling and opportunities to collaborate with an experienced oncology team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and execute quality assurance and safety programs for radiation therapy. Ensure all equipment meets regulatory standards and performs precise calibrations. Coordinate coverage with other physicists for patient care and staffing needs. Consult with Radiation Oncologists, Dosimetrists, and Therapists to ensure safe and effective treatment planning. Perform daily, monthly, and annual QA testing on linear accelerators, CT simulators, and treatment planning systems. Oversee dosimetry functions, including IMRT, SBRT, SRS/SRT treatments, and HyperArc stereotactic planning. Participate in protocol compliance, accreditation standards, and staff education. Schedule: Part-time coverage, up to 20 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Coverage for vacations, sick days, and emergencies as needed.
