Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Findlay, OH Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A full-time Otolaryngologist is needed to provide comprehensive ENT care in a supportive, flexible, and autonomous practice environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing an average of 20–30 patients per day in clinic Performing surgical procedures in multiple OR locations Utilizing advanced surgical technology , including robotic systems Collaborating with a comprehensive care team including audiology, advanced practice providers, and medical/surgical subspecialties Participating in a backup call model , with primary call handled by APPs Contributing to practice autonomy , work-life balance, and physician wellness Optional teaching of medical students and advanced practice trainees Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years of eligibility) Ohio medical license (or eligible to obtain) DEA license (must be obtained prior to start) Clean malpractice history Current NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) Benefits Base salary range: $515,000 – $800,000 annually, plus wRVU productivity bonus Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and other incentives Loan repayment support with flexible stipend options CME stipend provided Flexible schedule emphasizing wellness and work-life balance Access to advanced surgical technology and comprehensive support staff Leadership dedicated to physician autonomy and support
