We are looking for a compassionate LPN or RN to support Matt, a man in his early 40s who lives with his mother and sister. While Matt is non-verbal and paralyzed, he has a strong presence and a family that is deeply committed to his comfort. The Schedule Thursdays & Sundays | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM A Day in the Life Your day will include: Respiratory Support: Keeping his lungs clear using a nebulizer and a cough assist machine three times a day. Nutrition: Managing his feeding tube and ensuring his daily intake is on track. Safe Movement: Using a ceiling lift for transfers—allowing you to move the client safely and comfortably without physical strain. Physical Therapy: Coordinating with the family to get him ready for his weekly PT appointments.
