Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Occupational
Therapist School Setting (Contract) Location: Ypsilanti, MI A
contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist
experienced in school-based services. This role involves providing
support to students across multiple campuses within an educational
environment, focusing on delivering specialized OT interventions
tailored to student needs. Responsibilities: Provide occupational
therapy services 2-3 days per week (approximately 16 hours) Support
a caseload of 33 students with diverse needs Work primarily at
Cesar Chavez High School (CCA HS) with potential additional
coverage at Cesar Chavez Lower Elementary (CCA LE) and Cesar Chavez
Upper Elementary (CCA UE) if more hours are desired Collaborate
with school staff and families to develop individualized treatment
plans and promote student success Document therapy interventions
and progress in accordance with school policies and regulations
Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license
Experience in school-based occupational therapy services Strong
understanding of educational and developmental needs of children
and adolescents Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize
responsibilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills
to work effectively with educators and families This position
offers flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities to increase
hours by adding support at additional campuses. The role is
