3 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a
meaningful difference as a travel OT with a hospital in Wyandotte,
MI. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational
Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or
disabilities regain or improve daily living and work-related skills
while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's,
Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an
accredited educational program. Active Michigan Occupational
Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS
certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
may be required. Experience providing occupational therapy in an
acute care or hospital setting preferred. Experience with patient
assessment, development of individualized treatment plans,
discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
(COTAs) and students preferred. Ability to complete timely
documentation and to follow facility safety and infection control

Hospital Shift: Day. 3x8 schedule. Duration: 13 week assignment.
Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning and
implementation, participation in discharge planning, documentation
per department policy, and supervision of COTAs and students. Must
follow facility guidelines for safety, attendance, and professional
