Description: This position is responsible for providing the
clinical education to patients with diabetes on self-management
skills. The individual will organize and oversee various areas of
patient diabetes management, to include, but not limited to
education, compliance, and follow-up coordinating care among
multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers. Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required BLS required Certified
diabetic educator required Must have clinical experience in a
hospital or clinic setting or can be a qualified health care
professional Excellent communication skills required Conditions of
