Education: Minimum High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree
or master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related field
preferred. License: N/A Experience: Experience working with
children, adolescents and their families. Other: Must have and
maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the
underwriting criteria of the Agency’s insurance company. Must be
approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in agency and/or own

Floater is a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team and is
responsible for providing behavioral and emotional support to the
youth referred to the Group Services Department. The Group Float is
responsible for coordinating and/or delivering client
transportation, addressing basic client needs, providing behavioral
and emotional support to clients as needed, and for regular
communication with parents/guardians and other providers. The Group
Float also assists other group staff in the preparation and
execution of day treatment groups, IOP groups, BH Respite Groups,
and/or other group services as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide
therapeutic behavioral services and documentation thereof,
including but not limited to: support, including education and
consultation for families regarding the client’s mental illness;
case management; symptom monitoring and self-management of
symptoms; assistance in increasing social support skills and
networks; referral and linkage to other healthcare, behavioral
health care, and non-health care services; access to resources in
the community; and skills building & reinforcement. Complete all
clinical documentation, including progress notes, appropriately and
within departmental timelines. Provide required amount of delivery
hours per week as established by departmental guidelines. Support
other group staff in the setup and execution of day treatment, BH
Respite, IOP, and/or other groups as assigned by the Group Services
Supervisor. Responsible for the coordination and/or execution of
client transportation to and from group programming. Responsible
for attending to the basic needs of clients in group, including
food, water, and bathroom breaks. Responsible for providing
behavioral and emotional support to clients involved in group
services. Assist in overseeing client activities and is accountable
for whereabouts and safety of clients on site during group time.
Engage in crisis intervention, problem resolution and process
discussions with clients on an as needed basis. Maintain consistent
contact with parents/guardians of clients to provide updates,
skills education, and client advocacy. Maintain positive
relationships with other community providers (such as Ohio Rise and
schools) and provide regular communication, updates, and client
advocacy. OTHER DUTIES: Remain current with all training
requirements. Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and
on-going training. All required trainings, certifications and
licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable
licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. Respect the
privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained
during the client’s treatment. All client-related documents should
be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential
material. Maintain high standards of ethical and professional
conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures. Other duties
