Regional Director, Human ResourcesAt Villa Healthcare we make people better and we have an opportunity for a Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions in our Michigan facilities.The Human Resources Generalist will drive and adhere to Villa's philosophy of Making People Better by providing B.E.T.T.E.R. Service Excellence:(B)e Welcoming to all(E)stablish Relationships(T)rust and Respect(T)eamwork(E)ngage and Communicate(R)ecognizeDuties include but are not limited to:Partner with the Regional and Facility Leadership on employee onboarding, retention, and succession planning.Oversee and support facility HR ManagersMaintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting people operations functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Respond to HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistanceMaintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are metLiaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)Produce and submit reports on general HR activityAssist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedbackSupport other functions as assignedSkillsProven leadership experience as an HR Director or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesPaycor experience (preferred)Ability to work with ATS softwareOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsHIPPA/Data compliencyGood organizational and time management skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's preferred8+ years LTC HR experienceWilling to travel/assist all Michigan facilitiesInterested in joining the Villa family?
