Job Description:

logistics operations, ensuring effective and efficient
transportation services. This role demands a leader who can

the logistics department, coordinating with various team members to
optimize processes. Supervise a team of logistics professionals,

efficiency and effectiveness of transportation and supply chain
solutions. Monitor, manage, and adjust transportation routes to
meet delivery deadlines and budget constraints. Ensure compliance
with local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation
and safety standards. Prepare reports on logistics performance and
progress for senior management. Optimize inventory management and
control processes to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
Proven ability to manage logistics and supply chains interactively
and effectively. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated
ability to supervise and mentor a team. Competency in logistics
software or transport management systems. Excellent organizational
and communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving
