Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate (Mon–Thu) Location: Wayne, NJ Pay: $16.25 per hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts) Job Description We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Wayne, NJ. This is a full-time, weekday position with a consistent schedule. Training is provided — no prior experience required. Production Associates support daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining product quality, and following all safety and housekeeping standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Load, move, and lift materials and finished products throughout the shift Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and minor maintenance Inspect products for quality and defects; record measurements as required Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Qualifications No diploma or prior experience required — training provided Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 10-hour shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Must be available to work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Position Highlights Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends) Full-time hours On-the-job training provided Company Description Equal Opportunity Employer: Partners Personnel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
