Job Description:

25Title: Mechanic

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $15 - $25 Per hour, based on experience

Direct Hire

ResourceMFG is seeking experienced Mechanics for the Westland area!

Job Duties:

Removing and dismounting Tire/wheel
Collecting and proper handling of fluids
Operate forklift
Perform minor mechanical duties, such as dismantling front and rear axle assemblies and removing batteries from vehicles
Processing radiators for recycling
Perform inventory control
utilize acetylene torch or plasma cutter
Test trucks and identify working parts
Utilize air impact gun and torx bits

Qualifications

Previous mechanic experience
Recent forklift experience
Strong knowledge of small hand tools
Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs throughout shift
