We are hiring a listing ONLY specialist. This role will work on all the team-generated listings as well as help us generate more! For those of you who love marketing, the seller side of the business, and want to do it in a modern way, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:
--- The Listing Specialist will work solely with sellers
--- Prospect new listings, sellers, and team leads
--- Include team lead in all negotiations involving the Listing Specialist
--- The Listing Specialist will use conduct reflecting the positive reputation of the Team Leader and will use his/her best effort to sell real estate on behalf of the Team

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of work experience in real estate sales
--- Experience with listing homes and a track record of success
--- Marketing experience in or outside of the real estate
--- Outstanding presentation skills
--- Humble, Hungry, Smart
--- Aligned with team's mission, vision, and core values
