Job Description:

Trailer Equipment - Trailer X-Press is currently seeking a Operations Assistant/Service Advisor for immediate hire. The Operations Assistant / Service Advisor position serves the customer when they need trailers, maintain inventory in the yard and inspections of trailers during the inbound and outbound process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory in the yards
Weekly reconciliation
In/Outbound inspections
Service Writing & Scheduling Repairs
Scanning
Daily Yard map
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

When needed physically inspect trailers inside and out. (Must get in the trailer as well as underneath the trailer).
Walking the yard as needed.

Requirements
Educational: GED or High school diploma (required)

Qualifications:

Experience in working with trailers is a plus
Dealership experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Able to navigate detailed computer software programs with ease
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to perform successfully in a fast paces, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
