Job Description:

Trailer Equipment is currently seeking a warehouse-parts inventory specialist for immediate hire. This position will be responsible for tracking all inventory to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels for products, equipment and supplies as needed. Position DescriptionResponsible for shipping, handling, sorting, counting, and packaging of materials.Operates industrial powered lift equipment.Conducts or assists with physical inventory counts.Maintains work area and follows procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Remove inbound freight from carrierCheck for shipping damageUse bar code scanners to check inbound shipments and customer orders for customer shipmentComplete required paperwork and forward to Inventory ControlAssist other staff in resolving discrepancies discovered in receivingPrepare material for shipment consistent with customers, trucker's or driver's requirements and balance and mark palletsWrap orders on pallet for the purposes of shipmentRestock warehouse according to Inventory Manager's guidelines and practicesQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred and experience operating a hi-lo, however we are willing to train the right personMust be able to lift 50 poundsHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Valid driver's license requiredRequirementsEducation:High School Diploma/GED (Required)Experience:Customer Service Experience (Preferred)PM22PI201918320
