Job Description Job Description Position Summary The Inside
Sales Account Manager plays a critical role in building, managing,
and expanding relationships with manufactured home dealerships,
manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners,
including realtors. This position is responsible for driving sales
growth, supporting revenue objectives, and strengthening partner
engagement through effective communication, product expertise, and
cross-functional collaboration. Key Duties and Responsibilities The
Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for the following core
functions: Deliver virtual onboarding and training sessions via
Microsoft Teams for new Manufactured Housing partners, presenting
the company’s approach and Partner Deck. Establish, develop, and
maintain ongoing referral source relationships with manufactured
housing partners. Manage inbound phone inquiries from manufactured
home partners seeking information about partnership opportunities.
Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of evolving lending
programs, underwriting guidelines, and loan products offered by the
company. Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Territory Managers
when appropriate to support field sales efforts. Identify and
prospect new business opportunities with manufactured home
dealerships, communities, and realtors through outbound calls,
email outreach, and networking activities. Build and sustain
strong, long-term relationships with existing partners by
delivering exceptional service, timely follow-up, and ongoing
support. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to
clearly articulate the value proposition of the company’s loan
products and services. Collaborate closely with internal teams,
including Marketing and Operations, to ensure alignment, seamless
execution of sales initiatives, and high levels of customer
satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and
competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and potential
risks. Continuously enhance sales effectiveness, product knowledge,
and partner engagement strategies through training and professional
development. Represent the company professionally to increase brand
awareness and expand the organization’s network of partners and
referral sources.
