Flexible scheduling We have fun! Job duties: Assesses the
psychosocial status of patients related to the patient’s illness
and environment and communicates findings to the registered nurse.
Carries out social evaluations and plans intervention based on
evaluation findings. Maintains clinical records on all patients
referred to social work. Prepares clinical and progress notes.
Provides information and referral services for organization
patients and families/caregivers regarding practical and
environmental needs. Perform all duties with a passion for
compassion. Who you are? Graduate of a master’s program in social
work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Licensure
by the state of Michigan. Minimum of one (1) years' experience in
health care. A genuine heart for caring for people.
